  2.  @cokechang  Let us put things into perspective since you brought it up. Toyota is a 100 year old company that has been building cars for about 85 years. Toyota has about $70 billion cash on hand and Tesla has about $20 billion cash on hand. Toyota has about $120 billion of debt and Tesla has about $6 billion of debt. Market cap has nothing to do with what you think it has. It is the price people are willing to pay for for a bit of the action that counts.

  3. Tesla now has about $20 billion cash on hand with debts at about $6 billion. There debt has been going down about $2 billion and with a few more years will be debt free. They also have a product that is starting to develop demand.
