  1. Insurance is meant to be for accidents and that does not mean a human has to be involved. A person who trips does not necessarily do so at their own fault. If such a driving system was to be in place you could imagine the insurance companies making a lot more money as cost will be lower.

  3. Kurzweil's singularity is a human experience. It is a merger of AI and human intelligence. Kurzweil makes the singularity simple for people to grasp as an idea but even he has to be aware the moment turing is reached humans will have systems that will massively expand human intelligence. Imagine if every human on earth had an einstein level of intelligence what that civilization would look like. Could we even understand it.
