  2. Buffett's help would not have saved them that is for sure. They had really bad financials and nothing could help them.

  3.  @John-yg2rt  No they are a sound company that are a good investment. There are other companies out there with a similar outlook. They had a long track record and do not do anything crazy or stupid. When you invest you know what you will get.
