  1. Cuba has one of the world's worst healthcare systems. The elites in the country get healthcare but the poor which is everybody else gets to experience shanty town healthcare. Everybody boasts about Cuba's love birth mortality rate but what they conveniently leave out is that they do not consider a baby to be born for twelve hours after birth and for all we know it could be days in reality.
