  1. If women were getting paid less for the same job every business would employ women as they would cost less. Unless you are suggesting that women are not able to do the same job. Which is not the case at all. The name of business is to make money and if that business could pay less they would. Just as a customer including women will try to pay the least amount of money for a product. Unequal pay is a myth.
