It can be engineering to with stand all manner of earthquakes and if there is one that can destroy it that would the least of people worries because such an earthquake would cause massive damage. I am a conservative and would love projects like this to get developed the science and technology allows such a system. And why would you need to bring liberals in to this and illegals.
