  1. Morrie Mills  Vaccines are not 100% full proof but they do clearly stop a population from spreading a disease. If 50% of the population was not vaccinated you would find that it would massively increase the risk on the 50 that are vaccinated. This is all about risk.

  2. Jesse Hardebeck  Vaccines are not a 100% full proof method. They do offer very good immune protection by training your immune system to ward of Viruses. Population level vaccine programs more or less stop the disease from moving around because most people are immune and can keep such Viruses at bay but there would be a small number of vaccinated people that would still be of risk to that vaccine.
