It is an industry were all of the infrastructure exists. It is not a matter of debate it is a matter of quality. Now I am not saying this $100,000 suit is not fantastic or anything just that a $4000 Savile row suit is a hand crafted piece that you cannot get anywhere else in the world. That suit you buy is a one off concept that is an exact fit to your body and they use the best materials and you can pay anything material wise you want it is up to you. That $100,000 suit is probably some exotic material and is purchased for its desirability. I am not saying you cannot pay that $100,000 on Savile row either because they make suits for royalty and heads of state and some of them have Royal warrants.
