  1. So how is 40% a majority. I understand people say mathematical standards are slipping no way has is declined that much. I think everybody knows that 40% is less than 50%.

  2. What is more than misleading is that anybody would be stupid enough to think that 40% was more than 50% (which would be considered an even split).

  3. 40% is not a majority nor would it really be anything significant in voting especially if that 40% does not know what Roe v. Wade is.
