  1. Japan looks like a nice peaceful innocent place but below that social level is a culture that has certain fanatical behaviors. It will only take a war for that to all come back to the surface.

  3. Not paranoia. China is facing a collapse and will become unstable as that happens and do things that it would not ordinarily consider. Japan can see all of that playing out and knows what is coming. It is the same reason why Russia has now decided to start hard expansion

  6. That is not what happened. Japanese imperialism tried to take over all of Asia hence why there was a war. Nothing else.
