  9.  @xenophagia  Maybe they are so far ahead in what they are showing is slow but scary enough to get the russians and Chinese nervous. It is possible that China has become more emboldened with the world economic crisis that the US military has decided to flex their muscles a little bit. We the public see it as a UFO and China and Russia are fully made aware of what it is but they will not publicly admit to it. This has happened the cold war in previous years. I am not convinced that is the case but who knows.
