  1. The US would have taken the place within two days and consolidated it within 7 days. They are struggling and will have to move towards a more destructive war to take the place. Russia has realized that it is not the US in this war all of a sudden with their surgical strikes not being in the same league. So far Ukrainian anti tank weapons have caused problems but they will require more if they are to deal the bulk of Russian forces.
