  1. The US actually defeated the Vietcong and their was negotiations underway for surrender. And guess what happened then the democratic party controlled congress voted and had the US forces pull out even though the war was effectively over.

  2. @Wm Anderson I am not stating banking conspiracies like you are. I am stating is historical fact. The Paris negotiations happened because the Vietcong were defeated. Are you claiming that the democratically controlled congress did not on record vote to leave Vietnam? Please clarify what you mean by all of this recorded history not being well known?
