  1. That Mayor is a former cop and wants to send out a message. He ran for Mayor because he was sick of what happened to the city. He is not a perfect Mayor by any account but he is the best NYC can get considering the last Mayor.

  2. We a in the city. He is a former police officer and wants to reserve all the crazy previous things that occurred. But that mayor cannot change the Prosecutors office but can use his own office to bring to attention any bad decisions that the prosecutors make such as letting somebody go.
