With a proper modern border including technology and a combination of ICE, NSA, National Guard, FBI and local police it will be very difficult for illegals to sneak over. They will use vibration detectors for underground tunnels, they will use high altitude surveillance to detect heat signatures. Stop acting as if this is complicated.

Securing the border first to control numbers and then make a decision later on those that are illegals. They in the meantime could focus on dangerous illegals and they could focus on employers who take them on as well.

The total projected cost is 4.2 billion and he will get that funding as the republicans will want him to sign some orders. Also by executive order he will get the national guard to patrol the border along with ICE. And the NSA will provide intelligence. This will all get started within a month.
