  1. That is not what is happening. Giuliani could have any position he desires and the same for Newt but they are both in their 70s and they more than likely did not want most of the positions. Trump has picked certain republicans so as to get things through Congress. Giuliani probably even advised him on these appointments. Whatever Giuliani and Trump have arranged is not going to be an orthodox role. You have to understand Giuliani has been part of Trumps inner circle from the get go.
