  1. There is also speculation that Muller and Comey are tied up in the Russian Clinton deals that took place. Most of this is about to get really messy. If the democrats and Muller are not careful all of this will go south on them in a big way. The fallout could be of an epic scale. I suspect that there has already been lots of evidence collect on this. I would say there may be secret back channels letting those on the democrat side know that things are going to get dirty.

  2. What you are forgetting is that the justice department is controlled by the republicans. What this will mean is if Muller does prosecute somebody within Trumps administration the Dossier will all of a sudden become an issue because it is one of the key elements in the warrants being issued. In a higher court the dossier may become a real issue for Muller and the democrats.

  3. If they try to prosecute anybody close to Trump what you will see is that the Uranium one deal will all of a sudden become priority for the justice department. There is even speculation that Muller is tied up with the Clinton Russian collusion. If it is shown that the Democrats paid for the Dossier on Trump it will then mean that Mueller's investigation that is using Warrants that were issued on the Dossier may become tainted.

Some are speculating that she took hundreds of millions from the Russians and that it may get linked to the Uranium deal. The president cannot obstruct justice it simply is not in the law. Trump could sack Comey if he does not follow an order. It is that simple.
