  2. Innocent until proven guilty has nothing to do with the rules of war because this is war. Foreign Enemies who are identified automatically lose the rights of the constitution. And if their is enough evidence against an individual they can be jailed or a sentence placed upon them that prohibits their access to certain free activities. And even if their is not enough evidence against them that does not mean they cannot be under surveillance. Free citizens have everything to the constitution.

  4. She is clearly aware of the constitution but most of you do not seem to understand how to apply law as she does. The authorities did not visit the Orlando shooter because he was just a Muslim. 99.99% of Muslims do not get questioned because they are innocent.

  5. Maybe the intelligence and the list needs to change. It is clear that normal sane people understand that a politician who is on a no fly list is not the same as a Jihads on a no fly list. Would you at least admit this is the case.

  6. Due process also has to take into account risk and that is why some people remain in jail during their trial. The people that carried out these attacks had lost of evidence against them that should have resulted in Trials at the very least but can you tell me if their was any trials. A person putting a threat on the internet is the same as putting a threat in spoken words or in a letter.
