  1. The CIA probably never made any such claims. It is just media propeganda trying to swing the electoral vote. Liberals are desperate and willing at this point to do anything. The CIA would never be foolish enough at this point to role out a story like this because once Trump gets to office there could be lots of people sacked for this. The CIA are intelligent and tend to pick their fights wisely.
