  1. He did not lose his cool. She was waffling and avoiding her statements. She knew exactly what he meant by faeces but then tried to pretend she did not use that exact word. She has stated that Ivanka Trump is fair game in response to a man verbally abusing her and the children on a flight. You cannot pretend that writer came out of that interview with any semblance of dignity.
