  1. They could create a DACA and amnesty program that is so tight that it will have little impact on the voting demographics. It could be passed into law at both the house and senate level were it could have security provisions built into it and spending provisions that would make it very complex to overturn even if the democrats were to get back into office.

  2. It is very difficult for Europeans to Move to america. I would say almost impossible for many it is also the same for Americans trying to move to Europe. The 1965 immigration act put more emphasis on refugees in that once a refugee got in they could then have several families members come in with them which then in turn enabled several more family members to enter. This has been a disaster for America of an epic scale.

  3. Why not do both. A wall and border troops. A wall will not make it impossible to cross drug cartels will find some way to get it through but nowhere near todays levels. A wall will make it impossible for illegal populations to get across the odd super commando climbing expert illegal will get through but so what. Guard towers every 20 kilometers. Make it the national guards duty to have several battalions of specialist patrols guarding the towers. And put high altitude drones in the sky that can scan kilometers for heat signatures. The number of illegals could be cut down to the hundreds.
