  1. Switzerland does not have a welfare system as such. What it has is a insurance system so that if a person is out of work they are covered by the insurance. There health system works the same way.

  2. It takes 10 to 20 years to get Swiss citizenship. It is not a fast process and takes time. Germany is the same.
