  1. Obama is only responding to the media reports nothing else. The government did not release this by choice. There a large number of people in the military and government departments that are aware of this. And at some point it was going to come out of the woodwork. The real issue which is not clear at this point is if the government's of the world are clueless on this like everybody else. What will the public's reaction be if it comes out that governments and their departments are in the dark like everybody else and everything is speculation even within government.

  2.  @PubEnemy1  No it looks strange no matter how you try to analyse it. Some of the craft were travelling at hundreds of thousands of miles per hour in earth's atmosphere and could freely travel between water and atmosphere.
