  1. In the next 3 years republicans may get a chance to get 60 seats in the Senate and that combined with a 2/3 majority in the house of representative they may be able to clear up the constitution and get it closer to its original meaning.

  2. May get a chance to do it twice or maybe even three times. And pick young people who are strong originalists and it could be a great blocking mechanism for future liberal attacks on the constitution.
