  2. +Marshmallow920 Trump wants to grow expenditure by first growing the economy. Trump is copying Eisenhower right down to this taxation plan. What Eisenhower done was cut taxes so that people have more money that they then spend/invest around the country and this then grows the economy meaning even on the reduced taxes levels they would start to collect more money. And that money then would be reinvested. That is what Eisenhower done. Kennedy tried to do the same but his term was cut short. Do you now understand what Trump is trying to get at.
