  1.  @shane9239  See if travelers owned their own sites and behaved when they occupy them there would be no issues with travelers at all. Modern traveler cultures seems to have a certain amount of people that do a lot of damage to their image and culture.

  4. Irish Travelers are still separate from Romani gypsies. Romani gypsies collapsed as a population because there culture was not sustainable in the long term. The same applies to Irish travelers. Land is now owned privately and they simply are not buying land so it means they cannot sustain what they are doing. They cannot camp on a public road and the fields are not available to them. The reason they are in the UK in large numbers is due to the fact their simply is not enough land for them in Ireland.
