  7. If Kavanaugh says no and he did meet with somebody then he would be open to all sorts of allegations. If he says no and then somebody produces a picture of him standing next to them he will be accused of lying. If he says yes I once met that person then anything that person now claims was discussed will be open as a means to attack him. It was a very vague question that he as a judge has seen a million times before in his courts. He knows exactly how such a question.

If he tries to do his own thing he will find that he will be a political light weight that will only last one term. The real issue is what the american public are ready for. The whole point of his avoiding the question is to not be associated with somebody and any claims they are about to make. He knew the moment she started asking the question what was being attempted. His vague slow response was to slow it down and the protesters actually helped him not her. He was wise to avoid the question considering how it could be used against him. People like Kavanaugh would have spoke to thousands of lawyers over the years.

His little moment of awkward silence help to slow things down and let her own talking points and then questions deflate. He was far more sneaky than her and it was so obvious. She had that look on her face at the end when she realized what happened. Most people would crumble under what she had done and normally that would occur to witnesses on a stand.

  31. The basic facts are the US economy is over loaded with debt that is the reason there is a recession in the US and most other countries in the west. The US debt is at about 14 trillion and that is massive for even the US. There needs to be major cutting now that will create a greater recession no doubt about that but it must happen. Do you not understand the type of growth the US is going to need to actually get out of these debt levels.

So I Would say a Mitt Romney is required to reduce this debt and for america to take some bad medicine, Romney will get my vote not because I am a brain washed republican but due to the problems that america faces. Obama is a president at the wrong time and his health care plan is crazy at best. he has all the charm and is very intelligent and if he is not careful is legacy will be shamed.
