  1. You are talking absolute nonsense. There is a dividend structure in the finances that they as a shareholder get payments from and any holder of those shares also are entitled to. Those dividends actually increase the cheap capital that Utd can use and have used.

  2. Why would the sale be good. Utd are already in great financial shape even with the pandemic shut down. There is no financial danger to Utd and the clubs spends money on players. I would be great to see Sir Jim Ratcliffe take over the club but Utd do not need rich owners.
