  1. The problem what is there to protest. Either a super league or the Champions league becoming a super league. In 2024 the Champions league is to become an actual league with two leagues of 10 teams with the top 8 then going through to a special competition afterwards. That will only suit the super clubs and make it easier for them to stay at the top.

  5. They already walked away decades ago with the formation of the EPL and champions league. There has not been a new team added to european top football in the last 30 years because of the champions league. The 1988 European cup final was between PSV and Porto. The 1989 final was between AC Milan and Steaua București.
