  1. Crystal Palace are not Man Utd. They are the type of club that has airs and graces in their decision making. Sort of like when Leicester go promoted, won the EPL and then got relegated by the same manager who then got fired. The common sense thing to do would be to stick with the manager and allow him build again.

  4. Poch plays lovely football that would be perfect for Utd and many hope that him being at Utd would allow him to move up a gear. Ten is the fans favorite as they want him to come in and build the team from scratch. If the first team was in better condition Poch would be a fantastic addition.

  5. Ten Hag needs to get Utd playing football again. That does not mean he has to win anything and there may be lots of stop starts in terms of performances. As long as he can get the team playing football he will have plenty of time. But if he starts with McFred and the football looks flat and the team is not playing football he will not get anymore time than Ole or Mourinho.

  7. Ten Hag is not part of British football culture. That is what he means. knowing the style of football is not the same as knowing the culture. As Gary has pointed out Ten Hag has experience in different leagues so that will be a massive help to him.

  9. Man Utd spending has been no where near Man City levels. Only Liverpool have earned their success the other teams bought theres with money not from football. Blackburn did the same thing.

  12. I do not think the task is as big as people make it out to be. There are already quality players in the Man Utd side and with 5 new players Ten Hag could have the Utd team playing great football that may not win anything but it would be a start. If he is ruthless with the players and has a style of play that he can implement he will be successful.
