The Obama administration destroyed the US coal industry and the reason they claimed they did this was to save the environment but here is the irony they said that but at the same time they then went and imported coal from south America to run the coal plants.

  3. Ireland at present has introduced rent price fixing and they are in the middle of a rental crisis and it has added more petrol to the fire. People are not investing in rental developments because they cannot make the returns. And to make the matter even worse the government is then adding restriction to building by planning. London is having the exact same problem and guess what the people who are managing this all politically have properties in the cities worst affected which in turn has increased the values of their properties that some are bound to sell and make more money from.

  4. Minimum wage just prices low skilled workers out of the market place. It is easy for a college graduate earning $30 ph to want a minimum wage. My first ever job was $0.5 ph and I was glad of it. If there was a minimum wage back then I never would have got the job.
