  1. There is a reason why the British Navy today would crush the Chinese or Russian navy in warfare. Naval culture and tactics cannot just be raised by building boats.

  6. The reason Britain can do that is because their navy can operate anywhere in the world. It was the reason why the British could send a smaller fleet than the Argentines had and wiped the floor with them. As Mighty as Germany was in WW2 it never even attempted to go toe to toe with Britain's Navy. Even today the British Navy would wipe the floor with China or Russia.
