  4. 90% of US citizens are covered by the most comprehensive private insurance system in the world. People in Israel do not get anywhere near the level of care that is available in the US. Cancer survival rates are far higher in the US than anywhere in Europe.

  6. Why? It is due to the fact it looks bad voting against an air defence system for Israel. Most people who are politically against Israel in the US are not against them having an air defence system against rocket attacks.
