  1. That officer should not even have lost his job. She refused to let him close the door by using her leg and then spat on him. Very few people in society would tolerate that to be honest. What would you say if a Police officer was spitting in a BLM members face?

  2. In all fairness he was trying to get her from spitting on him and she would not allow him to close the door. He may have went to far in the heat of the moment.

  4. Yes because if you watch the video you can see that she will not let him close the actual car door to finalize the arrest and she is then spitting on him. What exactly do you expect him to do. He could force the door closed on her leg and you would still be crying about it.

  6. The other officer was wrong. That lady was stopping the arresting officer from closing the door and then was spitting on him. He had very few options at that point. He could close the door on her leg or remove her. The only thing you could argue is that he may not have had enough control in taking her from the car but that is easier said than done when a person is spitting on you.
