He was probably who bond was based on and was a close friend of Ian Fleming who also served in the Commandos in WW2. Roger Moore also served in the Armed services reaching the rank of Captain. That generation was so much tougher. Steve Mcqueen served in the Us Marines and was a real man as well. Today's actors are just soft as hell.

Most western people have damaged their metabolism with lots of processed food containing high concentrations of fat, sugar and salt. There is no special secret lots of vegetables and light amounts of meat can be very very good for you as can lots of vegetables on their own.

  22. Daniel Day Lewis and Gary Oldman are the greatest modern day movie actors. There are some other great actors out there as well but not quite on that level. People like Bale, Jackman, McConaughey and Pitt are all fantastic intense actors but not quite at that level. Jared Leto and Tom Hardy are fantastic intense movie actors but not quite at the level of Day Lewis and Oldman. The film roles simply are not there anymore for the younger actors to get a chance. Large budget action comic movies have taken over because the corporates find that easy money.

I would suggest that if you have 50K to spend buy a 997 for cheap and then put the remaining money into a rebuild and you effectively will end up with a brand new car. You need to go and drive A 911 to get a feel for them. They are very unique just like American muscle cars that are very hard to come by in Europe.

  44. I never served in WW2 but my service experience came shooting back when watching that film. I could not possibly imagine what it was like for WW2 veterans to watch. My grandfather served in WW2 and is brother was involved in Normandy and was killed. I do not think my grandfather would watch it. My father who served in Korea cannot watch war films.
