  1. Just to say something so that people understand. What takes place between the US and China is not free trade. It is actually a trade agreement which has an imbalance between the two sides.

  2. +Marcus C Apple is not saving money buy having phones made in China. Not even close to saving money. Apple is in China for one reason they are promised access to the Chinese market place. And the only way to get access to the Chinese market place is to manufacture goods in China. Apple would still be an incredibly successful company if they made their phones in the US and you would see very little difference in their profits. The whole cost thing is just an excuse.

  3. Both are pointless aspirations. In China the main aspiration is to be a worker robot, In the US the main aspiration is the be a social media robot to drive profits for 4 large corporations.

  4.  @Tony__Tone  Real trade would involve Americans buying Chinese made goods that are actually Chinese not American brands manufactured in China. I am sure both China and India just like Japan could create their own special goods that we would all love and buy besides our own home made goods.
