  2. I run several business and I headhunt all of my staff. And part of that process is background checks which also includes social media. I am only interested in extreme things such as affiliations or doing stupid things. I could not care what they say as long as there are nothing there that indicates they are unstable. Thumbs up does not exactly tell you very much to be honest. Does giving Tiger Woods a thumbs up mean you like his golf, hairline or his alleged affairs.
