  4. He probably has been told things by people and cannot identify them but has more than likely embellished the story. I know a professor who has worked in intelligence who told me that the US has secret military bases on the moon. For all I know he could have been winding me up or maybe he believes this himself. Who knows. Would I ever give his name to somebody hell no he has a family and children to support. I also know a somebody who runs a very successful tech company who told me that there is a massive corporation that working on time travel. I know for a fact that corporation is doing quantum research that would have time and gravity as part of its research. I would not dare tell anybody his name out of embarrassment. I garantee you if you go out there you will find very very successful people that will tell you things. Go out and try.

  5. He may have met somebody who told him this and he probably then wants to say it is the CIA. Or maybe an CIA employee told him this and he then thought it was officially the CIA. Who knows.
