We are talking layers of networks built into the brain with many of them competing against one other and with others then acting as back up. Some of these brain networks for a hierarchy. So our brains are a probabilistic machine that creates new outcomes from the existing patterns that are present.

  2. Tesla new that the signals he was receive were natural radiation bursts from the planets. He when presenting it to the media left out the natural radiation part just to play with the media. Tesla was great at making his projects mysterious.
