  3. None of us know exactly what went down and too many people are casting opinions without knowing. Will they get a fair trial now that it has gone political and certain groups will be threatening riots and civil disorder?

  5. The problem with this is that the video does not show if he tried to grab the gun out of panic or if they shot him. How did he get so close to grab the gun and wrestle with it if they intended to shoot him. There just too many questions for us and some of us need to shut up to be honest.

  6. What if he was robbing places, they engaged with him and he just panicked thing he was under attack. There are so many different possibilities with this.

  7.  @Harold.Richard  Many conservatives have done the same with some of them doing it to try and make the statement that they are not racists. I think people should just shut up but that is never going to happen.

  8.  @kingralphie6857  I assume what is being implied is that the media has take this case with no evidence and put out a story that none of us can possibly know is true with an unclear video. Many people are talking as if they are completely sure of what happened because of what they have seen in the video.

  9.  @bobdhshshxhzvs2314  It may have nothing to do with stand your ground. He may have charged the guy with the gun out of panic and it just may have gone off. The person with the gun may not have meant to have fired the gun. I am just speculating here.

  10. And so do accused. What if they never intended to shoot him and he charged them in panic. The media has poisoned this case to the point that many people are so sure of their own opinions. It is impossible to tell form such a short unclear video.

  11.  @champchamp8297  They have a legal right to have a gun in possession. And they may never have planned for an altercation either. Maybe he was jogging and just panicked when he seen the gun. We are all assuming that it was a deliberate firing of the gun and not an accidental discharge.

  12. But should they be prosecuted if he tried to grab the guns of the men? This is the problem with all of this none of us really knows exactly what went down or if any of the claims being made are really true.

  14.  @ryankujawa7062  How do you know what the options were. You where not there and have only seen a video that is not clear. You are a classic case of being shaped by the media.

  16. Maybe the he panicked and maybe they have no intention of using the gun. Or maybe it was plain murder. I cannot tell from the video and neither can others who seem to be very sure.
