  1. Fox is a broadcaster like CNN. Youtube is actually a communications platform. That is why the lines are getting blurred.

  2. It is censorship because it is blocking access for certain people. Not everybody gets to see it.

  3. It is not the same as advertising. Youtube allows people to put up content. Youtube itself is a platform. Now if that platform starts to favor one side over the other then it is starting to get into the territory of free speech.
