  2.  @realmofoz  Deviated or disfigure nonsense can restrict air but it does not mean you can't breath through your nose. I would suspect that if you are not breathing through your nose that it may have its roots in psychological issues. I would suggest taking up yoga and breathing exercises and if freediving is an option start with that. For free diving all you need is a snorkel mask but you can also learn with no mask as well.
