@Grace-le9kb If that is the case then more people need to form new political parties as the current opposition is terrible at best and would do even worse lockdowns if they got in to power.

@FallyArgi Irelands ICU being at max is common for this time of year. The Irish health system is constantly at breaking point. Many specialist waiting lists have people on their for over 2 years.

@FallyArgi Yes it is the same because the whole system is not fit for purpose. Ireland has one of the highest healthcare budgets in Europe yet it clearly has the worst healthcare system in europe. Every single major flu season the ICU in Ireland is at breaking point. The system is so bad that the ICU gets used as a old persons home because the slots are not available in the care system. Ireland is so bad that it actually calls old peoples homes hospitals which is very misleading to those that try and analyse Irish healthcare from the outside. The Irish healthcare system is so bad that it has to use a taxi system that costs nearly 1000 Euros to take a patient from one hospital to another. I could go on and on about the problems that the Irish system has.
