Here is the thing. There are many people in the UK who cannot get treatment who then have to raise money to travel to the US for healthcare treatment.

@Fable .Adams Americans do not travel for health treatment such as surgeries. The only treatments available outside the US is stem cell treatments and many of those treatments are dubious at best. Give us an example of a cheaper treatment outside the US.
