  1. The Allies had designs for Jets as well but realized that they were too labour intensive at that point. Even if the Germans had of built 5000 of those craft they still would have got destroyed. The US had over 100,000 in the Pacific alone.

  2.  @annoyingbstard9407  Germany was never going to be able to manufacture enough aircraft to compete with the US airforce and US ground forces.
