@noirtesseract2104 All of this looks like a textbook intelligence operation with a built in cover story. I could be reading too much into that but that is the case then it is truly brilliant. Everybody will just hear werewolf and just zone out.

I suspect the whole thing was by design encase it broke as a public story so that people would dismiss such funding expenditure. There are probably hundreds of programs out there studying things of various importance on everything you can imagine.

The beauty those types of programs is that they can have all of you disagreeing about its very existence. For all we know maybe the program was about submarines or spy drones in US airspace. We will never know or maybe it never existed at all.

@marcuscrowley6496 The report does not say they do not believe in the phenomena of UAP's. I suspect they feel they were duped hence why they have come out hard.

The thing is the feel they have been duped.

I suspect this was a carefully crafted intelligence operation. It has a built in cover and requires no denial.

They are not investigating this at a congressional level because they thing that it is just US systems. Either this is some sort of natural phenomena or is the real thing.

The whole things smells of an intelligence operation. It has built in cover and is quite genius to be honest. I suspect they know something is happening but do not know what it is. By even investigating it they open them self to disdain. And the possibility that there are enemy with better weapons systems is a rumour that they do not want the media to start. This all creates a perfect cover with very little effort.

Or it was a cover story form something else. Maybe they are secret environmentalist trying to save the bullfrog.

There are just too many credible reports that are not party of fancy drug experiences. None of them prove anything of merit but they cannot be easily dismissed. I suspect it is not accurate that the congressional investigations happened because of these stories.
