  2.  @solardanilew  I hope that I can at least make you understand exactly how advanced such a civilization would be. They can transverse interstellar space without having to deal with the laws of 4 dimensional space time. Such a civilization would be capable of creating matter and creating any atom or element they desire. They simply would have no use for planet earth on any level whatsoever.
