  1. "power Germany had" Germany was dug in and had the defense position as well as supply lines. The British realized very quickly that it was no use trying to attack German positions. So they did what any great general through the ages would have done they pulled out and returned by home with some 400,000 men. That they then sent back to Main Germany and kicked the Nazi's buts. Germany lost end off.

  2. The movie was about the evacuation and not about a battle with the Nazis armies.

  3. It was a very good film but I feel it took a little bit of liberty with history. There was things in the movie that simply did not need to be there for it to be a great movie. These little things subtracted from the movie and in my opinion stopped it from getting a 10 out 10 score. As it stands I would give it an 8 out of 10 and there has been no other movie in the last year that I can think of that gets an 8 out of 10 score.
