  1. Fose Lamaz balance is the key. if you have a budget you could have the gym Membership, car, phone and even cable. But obviously not all of it. I do not know how people actually have the time to use all of that stuff. If they are working 40,50 or even 60 hours per week. Not possible. You could skip the gym membership doing running, walking, free weights and cycling and not have the bill of the gym every month. Again it is about balance and have spare equity to invest in. You stated the low income school. Well guess what most of these young people will produce low income educated children and so on. SO those low income schools are not going away.

  2. Billy Jack You could still eat out once in a while and make those payments and get out of debt. Again it would require discipline.

  3. ***** If buy a little Italian Moka pot for $10 (that would be good quality model) and you sourced good coffee. Well guess what you can make coffee that is of a far higher quality than any trendy coffee house offers. You would be making Italian level quality while they would be offering Walmart coffee but at restaurant prices. Those prices are insane and it gives them pure profits.

  4. Alex K. If it is a small loan of say $50k and they have an income of say 60k then it would be safe enough and if they pushed them self they could easily pay it off.
