  2. WestCoastDon448 Eric Garner resisted arrested and then died of a heart attack later from an existing health problem. This couple went on a 100mph chase that the police could not stop. There was multiple attempts to stop them but they kept on going. At some point the police decided to use deadly force.

  3. WestCoastDon448 That choke is a standard technique that law enforcement are trained in when dealing with a physical confrontation. Garner was resisting arrest and the police struggled with him. I am 185 pound and 6 feet tall with boxing and wrestling experience and I would have struggle to take him down and would have need to use brute force and that has its own consequence and there is no guarantee that I could get him down either even If I had back up.
